I have priced all Dublin hotel deals for overnight stays on selected dates in October, however, if the dates I have chosen don’t suit you, simply edit the dates to suit your requirements.
If you are looking for great location in the capital, look no further than the newly opened Marlin Hotel. Located beside Grafton Street and St Stephens Green, the location couldn’t be better. Guests love its stylish bar and outdoor dining area too, and it is rated Excellent on Tripadvisor.
2. Jurys Inn Christchurch: €94pp
Located opposite Christchurch Cathedral, and a stone’s throw from Dublin Castle, this is a great location to be a tourist in your own city. Despite its low price, you will find spacious rooms with Dream beds and flat-screen TVs.
3. Clayton Charlemont, Deluxe Double: €105pp
Centrally located overlooking Dublin’s Grand Canal, with St Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street a short stroll away, the location couldn’t be better. You will have a choice of dining options for dinner and can add on breakfast for just €7.50 per person. This is one of the most popular Dublin hotel deals this summer.
4. The Grand Hotel Malahide with Swimming Pool: B&B €59pp
If you are looking for a seaside location, choose the Grand Hotel in Malahide. Many rooms boast sea views and guests have complimentary access to the award-winning Arena Health and Fitness Club with 21-metre swimming pool and gymnasium.
5. Staycity Aparthotel, Dublin Castle: €102pp
Staycity Aparthotels are a popular choice if visiting Dublin as they have the added advantage of self-catering facilities. For a central stay in the capital you can’t beat the Trinity City Hotel. Located opposite Trinity College, just minutes from Henry Street, Grafton Street and the DART Station, the location just couldn’t be better.
I stayed here recently and loved its modern decor and relaxed dining options. The heated interior terrace is the perfect choice if you want to enjoy some al fresco cocktails, and the open plan restaurant boasts floor to ceiling windows.

I recall spending many a night in the Burlington Hotel. The annual Irish Travel Trade Awards are hosted there every year – it brings back great memories! I can think of nothing better than checking in for the night and enjoying a nice meal in the Sussex restaurant, or light bites in the lobby lounge.

I’m sure many of you recall pre-concert drinks in the Gibson Hotel bar, before an event in the 3 Arena. The chic Hemi Bar and Coda Restaurant (of First Dates fame) have a great atmosphere and the food is always delicious. With panoramic views across Dublin port and an outdoor terrace if you happen to get fine weather, this is a great choice for a staycation in Dublin.
11. Portmarnock Hotel: €79pp
If you want to combine a visit to Dublin with a beach hotel, Portmarnock is an ideal choice. Located just 20km from the city centre, which is easily accesible by train, this beachfront hotel also boasts an award-winning links golf course and luxury spa.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire last year, and I loved its seaside location and its superb facilities – there is a spa and swimming pool on site.

Overlooking Dublin Bay, I love the location of this hotel. I enjoy walking Killiney Hill Walk regularly. Of course you can also take a short Dart ride to Dublin city, or simply relax and enjoy the pool – this great hotel has it all covered.

Located in the heart of Dublin overlooking St Stephen’s Green, with the highly acclaimed Andy McFaaddens’ restaurant Glovers Alley Restaurant on site, as well as one of Dublin’s coolest bars, Inn on the Green, – what more could you want?
This five-star hotel is more reasonably priced than other five star hotels close by, and is a good value choice for food lovers in Ireland.
